Description

The new Guillotine with opener system has been developed to increase process speeds, it is a two person operation, the first operator will cut the cat, then pass the two halves through to the opener operator who will use the horizontal opening device to open the cats and empty out the contents. The whole process is fully enclosed and total impossible for an operator to lose or trap limbs. We estimate this system will push production up to around 160 cats per hour. Collection will be directly into FIBC Bulk bags. The dust collection system has been uprated to deal with the extra area, the platform is available in heights to suit your application.
