Vortex Preparation Stand

• The low prep stand can be sited inside or outside of the ELV building. It is designed to place the vehicle at the correct height for removing wheels from the vehicle. It is also the perfect height to set up the air bag deployment tool as it saves the operator having to enter the vehicle.
• The galvanised platform is a useful addition as it ensures that the operator is at the correct height to carry out all the under hood operations such as removing the battery, extraction of brake fluid ,PAS fluid,coolant ,screen wash waters and the air conditioning fluid. The platform is fitted with a sloped catchment tray to contain any drips or spills as the vehicle is processed.
• The preparation stand can be supplied with attached impact sockets and air ratchet holster, putting the tooling right where the operator needs it.
