The McIntyre Terminator Baler combines all the best of our baler technology with several new features. Innovations include a sorting table which surrounds the front and sides of the bale box, acting both as an aid to loading and as a safety barrier between the operator and the shear lid. The Terminator also comes with a bale track which carries bale material away from the machine to an ideal height for unloading. Crenelated blades prevent material slippage when using the baler as a shear, maximizing the shear force applied and allowing large or over sized pieces of metal to be processed and cut without difficulty. With a lid shear force of up to 76 tonnes and a main ram force of up to 80 tonnes the JMC Terminator offers an exceptional cutting capacity. The machine features hard wear plates in the bale box, return-line filters to reduce wear and tear on the hydraulic components. All ram rods are hard-chromed for maximum seal life.
