Description

The new MG 610 VZT Cable granulator is the largest machine in the Matrix range with a production capacity of up to 2 tons per hour of infeed material. That material can be cables, fine wire, radiators, circuit boards and other waste electrical scrap, you need a lot of material to feed this machine.

The patented technology of the vibrating air separation table after grinding and pulverizing through the blade mill, the turbo and the zig zag separator produces 99.9% recovery of copper.

Thanks to the innovative zig zag turbo system the 610VZT is able to automatically separate the thick rigid copper from the household and fine wire through two different slides.

This 610VZT can also be supplied with pre shredder and magnetic infeed conveyor and accessories as well as out feed conveyors, fines recovery and bagging conveyors and extra sorting tables to separate the aluminum as well.
