Description

The WRD850 Tire dismantler will process up to 120 wheels per hour. The wheel and tire is loaded on to the center of the machine and the protective screen guard door is closed. The three hydraulic rams are operated by activating the start switch. The three individually controlled hydraulic cylinders extend synchronously along the guide rails and compress the tire and the rim together until the rim is deformed enough to remove the tire, or, in the case of aluminum rims, is destroyed. The cylinders automatically retract. These machines cam be mounted on a platform to allow the aluminum to fall into a gaylord box or bin below the structure.
